At Mittrik, we strive to offer a flexible and transparent subscription experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and what to expect afterward.


1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Mittrik dashboard or by contacting our support team at billing@mittrik.com.

  • Cancellations made before the next billing date will stop future charges.
  • After cancellation, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, features, or credits during an active billing cycle.
Please ensure cancellation is done prior to your renewal date.


3. Annual Plans

If you’re on an annual plan, you may request cancellation at any time. However, no refund will be issued unless you’re eligible under our Refund Policy.


4. Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. You can continue to log in and access limited free features. If you wish to fully delete your account and associated data, please email us at privacy@mittrik.com.


5. Exceptions

In case of billing errors or platform-related issues preventing service usage, we may review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
