Refund Policy

At Mittrik, we aim to provide powerful tools and a seamless experience to help you engage with your audience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our service, here’s how our refund process works.


๐Ÿ”น 1. Subscription Plans

All subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Monthly Plans: Non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • Annual Plans: You may request a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of purchase.

๐Ÿ”น 2. Add-On Purchases

Purchases such as additional video/voice credits, white-labeling, or integrations are non-refundable once used or activated.

Unused add-ons purchased within 7 days may be considered for a refund if no service has been consumed.


๐Ÿ”น 3. No Refunds for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Downgrades in the middle of a billing cycle
  • Unused credits after the billing period ends
  • Failure to cancel on time

Please ensure cancellation is done before your next billing date to avoid automatic charges.

If you’re experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform as intended, please contact our support team.
Weโ€™ll make every effort to resolve the issue, and if weโ€™re unable to, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.


๐Ÿ”น 5. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by emailing us at billing@mittrik.com with the following:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

All valid refund requests are credited within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment mode.


๐Ÿ”น 6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
